REPORTS [RULES/CHECKING]

Hello everybody.

I noticed that many people do not understand how to write reports, so from now on, I introduce rules for writing reports and checking them by admins.

What should you write in the report:
1. Your in-game nickname. (If your nickname in the game is different from the nickname on the site).
2. The time of the incident / violation. (Sometimes games last more than an hour, respect the time of the admins who check your report) (it would be great if you yourself still attached screenshots of moments from the game)
3. If in your opinion there were several violators in the game, you can list them all at once in one report, so as not to create several.

-You can write a report in the language that is convenient for you (ESP/ENG/RUS and so on)
-You don't need to upload a replay in the report
-If one of the two mandatory points mentioned above is not written, the report will be rejected.

Noté que muchas personas no entienden cómo escribir informes, por lo que a partir de ahora, introduzco reglas para escribir informes y verificarlos por parte de los administradores.

Qué debe escribir en el informe:
1. Tu apodo en el juego. (Si su apodo en el juego es diferente del apodo en el sitio).
2. La hora del incidente / violación. (A veces las partidas duran más de una hora, respetar el tiempo de los administradores que revisar su informe) (sería genial si usted todavía se adjunta capturas de pantalla de los momentos del juego)
3. Si en su opinión hubo varios infractores en el juego, puede enumerarlos a todos a la vez en un informe, para no crear varios.

-Puede escribir un informe en el idioma que más le convenga (ESP/ENG/RUS, etc.)
-No es necesario cargar una repetición en el informe
-Si uno de los dos puntos obligatorios mencionados anteriormente no está escrito, el informe será rechazado.

Я заметил, что многие люди не понимают, как писать жалобы, поэтому с этого момента я ввожу правила написания жалоб и проверки их администраторами.

Что вы должны написать в жалобе:
1. Ваш игровой ник. (Если ваш ник в игре отличается от ника на сайте).
2. Время происшествия/нарушения. (Иногда игры длятся больше часа, уважайте время администраторов, которые проверяют ваш репорт) (было бы здорово, если бы вы сами все еще прикрепляли скриншоты моментов из игры)
3. Если, по вашему мнению, в игре было несколько нарушителей, вы можете перечислить их всех сразу в одном репорте, чтобы не создавать несколько.

-Вы можете написать репорт на удобном для вас языке (ESP/ENG/RUS и так далее)
-Вам не нужно загружать реплей в жалобе.
-Если один из двух обязательных пунктов, упомянутых выше, не будет написан, репорт будет отклонен.

Info for Root admins:
Reports in Spanish: Will be checked by Kopito.
Reports in English: Can be checked EnbeR/Zeustv/Kopito.
Reports in Russian: Will be checked EnbeR.
I think it's hard for me and Zeus to understand something in Spanish, and the translator often doesn't help and we can't understand what the player means. So Kopito as native speaker is more competent to check reports in Spanish. Same with Russian for me.
